Austin Fletcher Executive Director 252.723.3306 austin@categoryfive.org	Austin Fletcher is the Executive Director of Category Five Ministries and the Youth pastor / Worship Leader at Bridgeway Chruch of The Nazarene in Beaufort, NC; but most importantly he is the husband of Joannie Fletcher. In his spare time he likes to golf, hunt, play x-box, read, write, and work on his house. For Category Five he is pretty much as that "vision guy" and that "people guy". What that means, maybe he'll never know ... but as we see it here at Category Five is that he has a natural gift for building bridges to other people, patricularly ministers, and bringing other people together.
Benjamin Finger Asisstant Director 252.422.0445 ben@categoryfive.org	Ben Finger is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Category Five Ministries. For when Austin is busy about making connections to other pastors, Ben is back in the office orchestrating the more finer details of the organization; whether it be from planning a massive youth retreat to producing the next month's newsletter to discovering how many licks does it take to get to the center of a totsie roll pop. One of the skill sets Ben has been able to bring to Category Five Ministries is his massive knowledge of all things relating to technology. And in the words of one of the pastor from Beaufort, NC: "That boy gots skills."
